I spent a day with Don Hibbard at his farm, appropriately named "Hibbard Hill Farm." Don is a 3rd generation dairy farmer in Connecticut, his farm has the honor of being one of Connecticut's "Dairies of Distinction."
Don names all of his cows and refers to them as, "The Ladies."
